Welcome to our two part series on Balance. 

Being balanced can refer to both a physical need and also an emotional, mental or spiritual need.  For part 1 of our series, we focused on the physical portion of balance and ways to help restore function.   

Finding balance in our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being is the focus of part 2 of our balance series.  This is like tending to the different parts of ourselves that make us feel whole.
