Being balanced can refer to both a physical need and also an emotional, mental or spiritual need.  

Finding balance in our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being is the focus of part 2 of our balance series. This is like tending to the different parts of ourselves that make us feel whole. Mentally, it’s about nurturing our thoughts and beliefs, finding ways to manage stress, and staying mentally sharp. Emotionally, it’s about understanding and expressing our feelings in healthy ways, building resilience, and fostering positive relationships. Spiritually, it’s about connecting with something greater than ourselves, whether through religion, nature, or personal beliefs, and finding meaning and purpose in life. When we prioritize these aspects of ourselves and strive for balance, we create a foundation for overall well-being and fulfillment.
